It was as if everything happened in slow motion.
One minute I was insanely happy celebrating mine and Dimitri's engagement with my man and then the next minute I heard my brother's panicked and fear-filled voice shouting my name before several very loud bangs exploded into the air.

I screamed a pained and fear-filled scream as I watched my big brother Donnie be gunned down by some mystery assailant in the woods.
