It had been months since the tournament. The growth that Hope had shown was amazing. It was hard to believe she had close to zero training when she started. Now she was able to give anyone here a good fight. It was too much to ask for her to win against my parents, but they had to make an effort to stay ahead of her. My own fights with her were very difficult, and many times she had been closer to winning. I wasn't going to insult her and let her win against me, but so far, she was one of the best fighters in the Pack.
"I think she is ready," grandma said as we watched Hope fighting with my aunt.
"I think so too. But I still worry."
"She has learned a lot. I trust her with this Pack, so she should be more than ready to take over her old one. It's time to start preparing to go,
