Hope
I wanted to go face the Pack as soon as possible. But I was too tired and ended up falling asleep. It was almost time for dinner when I woke up, and I felt awful about it. What would my Pack think about me? Would they consider me weak? I was sure I wasn't giving them a good first impression.
"Why didn't you wake me up sooner?" I asked Dagger who was on his phone. He was so busy typing that he hadn't realized I was already awake.
"You needed your rest," he said. "And I needed some time to let everyone know what happened today, they were so eager to find out how things had gone. Grandma said she was going to contact Doom's old pack and let them know what had happened, and warn them that Danger and Daniella could be on their way back, just to make sure there are no misunderstandings.
