I make it back to the pack after seeing that white wolf bite the head off Maximus's wolf. I can't believe she killed my sisters like they were nothing. How can she be this powerful? I rush inside the make-shift packhouse and to Maverick's office. I barge in and Maverick and Jemma are inside. Jemma runs to me. "What happened Melanie?" There dead all dead. I'm the only one that survived. She is something like we have never seen. Maverick grabs me around my throat. "Where is Maximus?" Dead the male white wolf killed him.
