Brent's Pov:
One look and I could tell this kid was a killer even though I was hundreds of years older he would be a challenge. When he said his master sent a message that mentioned taking the queen away from her destined mate I was pissed. He even had the nerve to challenge me I don't know whether he was brave or really stupid but either way I was looking forward to this fight.
It had been a long time since someone had challenged so I was kind of restless or the killer side of me was. I have a dark side which I hate but I can't change the fact I was born a killer I'm able to kill in the most sadistic ways without emotion. There's a part of me that likes it and for years I hated that part especially with things I had done in my past when I was bound to the previous vampire king.
