"It was big and dark," Lucy whispered, her small fingers clutching the blanket as she stayed close to Vivian. "It had these long arms that could stretch through the walls of my room." Her voice trembled as she described the nightmare. Christopher sat beside them, gently rubbing Lucy's back as she continued. "Every time I try to hide under my blanket, it finds me," Lucy's eyes welled with tears. "It makes this sound... like when you drag your nails on the chalkboard at school, but worse.
