(Derek) I smiled as I held my phone out, showing Olivia the picture of the dress. "This dress would look perfect on you. Please, let me get it for you?" I said, my voice a little softer than usual as I tried to convince her. Her eyes lit up when she saw the dress on the screen, but she didn’t say anything yet. It was a black, figure-hugging gown that was made to show off every curve in just the right way. The fabric looked soft and silky like it would glide over her skin.
