I gripped my phone tightly as I dialed Raymond’s number, feeling frustration boiling inside me. How could Olivia be so blind?
I’d tried everything, dropped every hint, told her all the ugly details she should’ve known about Derek, and still, she was standing by him. Defending him, as if he were some knight in shining armor.
