Two o’clock finally arrived and Jacob was a ball of nerves. Knowing that someone wanted to help him raise funds for the shelter was almost too good to be true and he was fighting to keep the hope at bay.
Luka and Garrett had made another run to Luka’s apartment, and this time they returned with all of his clothes, his few dishes, and his pillows. Not a lot, but enough to show everyone that Luka was moving in for good.
The boys took it in stride, and Garrett and Marcus both seemed happy for them. Jacob had mentioned to Adam that Luka and he were moving in together the other day, so that meant everyone associated with the shelter knew and it was finally official.
