Carolyn's Point of View  I made it back to my car before the panic attack took over me. I gripped the steering as I struggled to gather my short and gasping breaths. I leaned forwards, broadening my back as my head rest against the steering wheel. My eyes squinted shut as I forced myself to focus on controlling my breathing until finally I began to calm down. I sat there for so long that by the time I tilted back in my seat, the street had gone quiet. It was late into the night now and I needed to get back to the hospital to see my mom. All I could do now was hope that when this time’s hospital bill arrived, I could plead with the hospital accounting department for yet another payment plan option that I could still barely afford.
