Carolyn’s Point of View The next morning, Damian and I fell back into our normal routine as if the drama of the past 24 hours had never happened. Only it had, and below the surface everything felt different now. I jogged out of my house in the morning, turning to lock the door behind me and taking a deep breath before I turned to face him.
