Chapter 56
“Hi John are you wanting to observe the training this morning or would you like to just get stuck in and join the session” I ask him as he approaches us at the training grounds
“I will join if that’s ok with you” he replies
“Of course the twins and Scott always join when they are here so feel free” I say and he takes a place up front.
“Right to start we will go over the moves we have been learning, so grab a partner and then I will walk you through the next ones I want you to learn” I shout out. John partners up with Scott. I quickly ask Connor to watch everyone’s form as I walk over to them.
I talk him through a couple of moves to try out with Scott and observe his form and correct when necessary, then show him the rest of the moves before going back to Conner
