Lucian and I were ready in his office waiting for everyone to arrive, Lucas arrived first with his mother Maria, and he was looking really anxious about everything. When Matt and his sister Layla entered the room, Layla looked totally pi.ssed off to see him there.
“What the hell is he doing here? He shouldn’t be here for this. It is between us, not him” she says angrily.
“I invited him, and since this is our pack, I suggest you settle down. Now he is here in case the results show Lucian is not the father, so we can sort everything out now. Maria is here to have the pup so he doesn’t get upset if anyone gets too emotional. So if you could pass him over to her” I say to her.
