Chapter 39
The first week training and sorting the pack has gone well, we have managed to get more staff to be trained on job for the schools and hospital.
It was easy to find people. There were many not happy where they were and wanted to work in those areas. Some even had experience from the pack they grew up in. They just weren’t allowed when they found their mates here.
We shuffled around a few jobs, and quite a lot of people were happy with their job. They just needed improvements with wage and hours, as they were overworked and treated like slaves previously. Reducing the hours meant it freed up some work, giving more people the chance to earn a wage.
