Chapter Thirty Seven

1067 Words

We all watch in horrified stares as the boy begins to decompose right before us. His feet were the first to decay, as it slowly starts up to his legs. It was a slow process. He tries to get back to where he was before but his limbs crumble, making him fall to his hands and knees. “H-help m-me!” His voice was high pitched, trembling with pain. His eyes bulge out, his face sweating and pale. He reaches out a hand to the nearest person to him. The other guy looked terrified as he grabs onto him and tries to pull him forward. The decomposition reaches his knees and as the other boy pulls they detach like burnt up ash that sat for too long. By the time he was pulled to safety it was too late. He lays there not moving, his eyes wide open, still showing the fear of what had happened to him.
