Nagpaalam ako sa mga magulang at kapatid ni Celeste na aalis na ako. Ngayon ay nasa tapat kaming dalawa ni Celeste sa kotse.
“Sumama na kaya ako sayo? Monday na rin naman kasi bukas, eh,” wika ni Celeste.
“No, samahan mo muna ang pamilya mo. Kumpleto kayo ngayon. You need to be there with them,” sambit ko. Celeste’s expression softened and she smiled at me.
“Thank you,” wika niya.
“I’m going now.” Lumapit ako sa kanya at hinalikan siya sa labi. “I’ll pick you up here tomorrow.”
“Okay. See you tomorrow.”
I stared at her eyes. “I love you.”
“I love you too,” she said to me, then she kissed me.
As much as I want to spend more time with her ay hindi na pwede. I had to go back to my house.
