"Magandang umaga sa ating lahat, ladies and gentlemen. Motto nating mga militars, time is gold. Kaya't hindi na ako magpaligoy-ligoy pa. Hindi naman siguro lingid sa ating lahat na bakante ang General's position hanggang sa kasalukuyan. As per as the law of protocol, it's should be done by voting, and the majority wins.
A month ago, we did that already, and my name got the highest vote. And I really thank you guys for the trust that you gave to me since I was a beginner up to the present. But let me clear to all of you, men. It's a position with a great honour, fame, power, integrity and a heavy responsibility. But let me tell you as well, I am a person who's not afraid of a responsibility. Like what I've said, hindi ko makapa sa aking sarili ang maging new General.
