HINDI KO PINANSIN ang panaka-nakang sulyap ni Jamie sa akin. I don't know why the f**k he is acting like that. He doesn't speak, but his eyes show a lot of emotions— emotions that stirred something inside me. Ano ba ang nangyayari sa kanya?
Nag-angat ako ng tingin at kaagad siyang umiwas. Kumunot ang aking noo. Epekto ba 'to ng lagnat niya? Para kasing nababahala siya na ewan. I can't read his mind.
Seeing how he acts makes me want to become a psychic so I could read his thoughts. Ano kaya ang bumabagabag sa isip niya? Tungkol ba iyon sa akin? Or sa trabaho niya?
"You told me you're done with the presentation, right?" he asked while his eyes were still fixated on the television. I nodded. Kumawala naman ang buntonghininga mula sa kanya.
"Can you please hand me my laptop?
