‘You’re one hell of a crazy guy, Isidro. I just discovered something so interesting. And I hope you’re prepared for it. I hope she’s prepared for it, your beloved Penelope.’
Nakatitig lang ako sa screen ng cellphone ko. I blinked a couple of times before her message sand deep into my mind. Agad na nag-init ang tainga ko kasabay ng malakas na pagkabog ng dibdib ko. She didn’t even have to elaborate her text for me to understand the context. And as soon as I recovered, I replied and asked where she was. I need to see and talk to her as soon as possible. I can’t let this out or it will ruin us even more. I don’t want to hurt Penelope’s feelings any longer. I don’t want to give her so much pain anymore.
