Patungo na ako sa ikatlong meeting ko nang tumunog ang cellphone ko. I saw Tina's name on the screen.
She knew all too well na ayoko ng tinatawagan ako except when it was really an emergency so I answered the call.
"Miss, may phone call po galing sa school ni Sia. Kailangan daw po kayo sa school."
Seriously? She called me up because of Sia? Ano namang pakialam ko sa batang iyon?
"And why?" I asked.
"She had a fight, miss."
I sighed and rolled my eyes. What the hell is wrong with that kid?
"Bakit akong tinatawagan nila? Where's Gwen?" iritang tanong ko.
"Nasa business trip daw po, miss, hindi po ma-contact."
"Then it's not my problem anymore."
"Hindi raw po palalabasin ng office 'yung bata 'pag hindi niyo pinuntahan."
They were really trying my patience?
