It was suddenly Nikki remember anything that went through her mind before she entered to WU. The death of her parents, her domestic abusive of her own relatives and her misery that she think that would be her life forever but it’s not. She immediately turned back to the young man and turned to face the fountain so that he could not see her crying. There were a few tears in the drop on fountain's water and she stopped crying especially as the fountain's water became television like. Dominic stopped there to see the images shown to both of them too.
The two watch Nicki’s childhood with her parents having fun playing outdoors, and they are also play inside the house in the living room and at the same time growing up life. Each image presented to her was just right until Nicki's anguish broke when her parents died.
There was this image of her crying in the hospital while in uniform, on the day that the Nikki’s parents buried, Nicki's stopping from school, when she need to live with her aunt and two cousins. The young man seems to have a lot of annoyance and shame because of the girl's suffering. Behind his sweet smiles he did not realize that Nikki had a hard way of life.
The last image was shown in the water when Nicki was in the attic while reading a book her dad gave her when she was a child. The two looked at each other as the image disappeared in the water.
"There's no need to tell me especially when you can't and I'm sorry that I used magic to you.”
It seems that the Nikki slowly calm down herself. She smiled at the young man, "I'm fine and thank you."
The young man smiled back at her, “where do we go next lady Nikki?”
“Up there, I read a news that theirs an cosplay event here. That would be good,” Nikki said.
“Really, okay then.”
Dominic looked surprised when they climbed the mall's escalator to the second floor.
"I don’t know that this is the feeling of date," Nicki was startled by what she said and Dominic didn't know what the girl meant.
They were walking along the second floor to the crowd watching the cosplay event, “what date? And how do you feel? ”
“Date? What?” Nicki did not know if she would continue or what to say, “the date is, something two people do for fun, to eat and to enjoy. Just like this,” she explained and prayed that the young man would believe her.
“Ah okay, it’s was happy to be date with you.”
“Alright,” Nicki once again told anything so Dominic forget about what she said about the date. They are still struggling to get ahead. They are behind the judges and the show begins. Just after a cosplayer customized Shana and a knight followed.
Surprisingly the audience, especially the two who came out and immediately applauded. At the same time fast music for cosplay was suit to the introduction. It looks like the new outside knight is looking. Dominic and Nicki's eyes glaze over. It immediately came over and treaded on the judges' table. To everyone's surprise, especially as he pulled out his sword aimed at the young woman and Nicki was nearly swept away by the sword near the tip of her nose.
Slowly the sword slides under Dominic's long sleeve until he can hold his sword. He immediately pushed Nicki because the knight had come up to hurt Nicki. There were spectators there and judges who might hit them. He was attacked by knights but he was so hard that he couldn’t attack back. He kicked the knight and dropped it on the table.
The audience applauded as they thought it was included in the show. Nicki was terrified as she watched Dominic fight the knight. Dominic threw himself on the floor when it hit him in the stomach and hit him with a grunt as he swung the knight's foot ready to step on his body. Thanks to Dominic, he still knows how to hold a sword and fight.
They run and get to the stage of that event. Dominic immediately swung his sword to cut off the knight but only sounded that could they heard every time their swords hit. Dominic lifted the sword and jumped to the judges' table. The spectators were amazed and the young man took the chair.
When the knight approaches him he strikes his body with a chair. Parts of the knight's armour that he has been fighting for lately have been shattered and broken into pieces. It was just a round of applause all around and Dominic was amazed that he didn't know anything. He feels something black magic around.
When Nicki's eyes met her fear he immediately approached her and took her hand. The people there did not know that it was true. They reached the outskirts of the mall holding hands, gasping for air and sweating.
“What is that?” Nikki couldn’t believe what was happening a while ago out there and she seat down on the floor.
“I don’t know, when he show up I knew that something eccentric from him.”
“What if that knight is also came from your place?”
Dominic think of what Nikki’s said.
“Impossible, there is no soldier among us like that. Let's go home now and he might follow us. ”
It seemed that the young man had been taken seriously never looked more like child. The girl had just obeyed Dominic's desire to go home.
