Chapter 19

It wasn't until Nicki and Dominic arrived in the dormitory that Dominic suddenly disappeared. She was still amazed at how she was attacked by a knighted at that event. She wanted to ask if the young man knew it, but she had lost it so she couldn't know how to talk with him. She had just rested in the room, staring at her notebook and holding a ball pen. 'What happened?' She asked her mind as she wrote in the notebook.

She could not think of anything so she stood up and at the same time as she saw dropped snow inside her room. She looked up at the ceiling with the snow there and did not know where it came from. She thought that only one person would do this thing in front of her, "Prince Dominic!" She shouted.

The young man appeared on her bed and smiled at her, "do you like it?"

She immediately thought that this is one from her bucket list and because of the young man she can check now the list. She has so many things experienced because of Dominic when it came to her life. She nodded and said to Dominic, "why did you do that?"

“Get rid of headaches and you need to thank me.”

"It's fast," Nicki said.

"There's something else going on, it's just that Nicki is surprised." But Nicki didn’t know what Dominic means. The snow looks even more beautiful in the eyes of the girl especially as it hits the beam of light. Dominic could only see that he was staring at Nicki.

Nicki can’t remember everything when the school returned. It was about noon and Nicki had to return to her dormitory room. From the room where the mirror that Dominic had left was hidden. It glowed in the dark for no reason. Suddenly strange creatures appear with wings and they even include strong winds coming from within the glass.

The door to that room suddenly open and the passers-by were shocked as to why it had opened. Until they appear dark like birds and small with fangs. Run by all the professors and students there because all that strange creatures has seen is being pursued and chase everyone they saw.

Others are picked by their talons, shouting and so on and so that they will not be moved. Some of these theirs that touch was turn on to black stones and became statutes. Those who were there became more and more scared and the school and the raiders reached the whole school. Other buildings and students were in flames as well as strong winds.

From the walk Nicki was shocked at where the screaming and shouting was coming from, "come in!" Others shout, "close all doors and windows!" Shout for others to come to their in. Until they could see the dark six smoke coming at them.

Then they couldn’t just explained what was happening to their school. Nikki's eyes widened at the sight of the creature's remains that she had just seen for the first time. But she was even more surprised that a few arrows struck the creatures of six birds. All the other students entered the dormitory even though they did not live there.

It wasn't until Nicki was able to run, that others scolded her and stumbled. It was as if she had been lame in that crash to the ground she had just been forced to enter again inside. She was so scared and nervous that a creature of six birds was approaching her. She just closed her eyes and waited to be a stone too same as she had seen to others.

Because she didn't feel anything, she immediately opened her eyes at it, but a light came out to destroy those strange creatures. That light was slowly disappearing and with strange creatures as if they were being sucked out of the way and everything that had turned into stone had slowly changed back to normal.

Everyone is crazy and others can't believe it. It was not until they had become aware of themselves that the university president called several nurses and doctors for students who were in serious condition when they were attacked by unknown creatures.

Nikki was immediately taken to the gym where mass healing was performed for her like a stroke or she had a serious injury to the accident. Jake assesses him and puts first aid on her minimal fractures.

"Why are you here?" Nicki asked the young man. The volume is also treated and noisy around them.

“Helping, I'm a medicine student. You forgot it already,” Jake said. The two of them stopped again until the young man asked, "Do you not know what was happening a while ago?"

Nicki paused briefly, "what do you mean I know what was happening earlier?"

“I mean about the task that Chelsea’s group gave to you. You don't feel like anything strange?"

Nicki also remembers the day Dominic came out of the mirror because of her. But she does not want to tell others that she has a feeling that he should never tell to anyone.

"Nothing," he shook his head.

“Fortunately, because the history department there said it was in the room to prohibit the emergence of strange creatures starting coming out. It was good and we had a lot of those hours so there were some who didn't come out. There were rocks that had been turned back to before, all those creatures suddenly disappeared and returned to where they once were. The three of them still have a story that I had heard about when they were in the canteen last week. They just hit their heels on the tiles and can't take them off,” Jake laughed to his story.

Nicki knew that Dominic had done all that from the three girls. But she didn't know that Dominic was the one who can suspect about the happening earlier. But there is also a part of her mind that the young man won't do that.

‘Impossible,’ she said in her mind as if those two ideas were arguing in her brain right now.
