5 YEARS LATER…
“Ma’am, ito na po ang proposal letter na hiningi ninyo,” inilahad ng secretary ko ang isang folder na kahapon ko pa hiningi sa kanya. I raise my sight just to see her reaction while giving me these papers.
“Did you send it to them? How about the other companies? Did you got their response?” tanong ko. nagmamadali siyang kinuha an kanyang cellphone mula sa bulsa niya saka iyon mabilis na binuksan.
“May tatlong response na po as of now,” she said while looking at her screen. Ngumiti ako saka napatingin sa transparent window nitong office ko kung saan tanaw ko ang malawak na siyudad. “And they agree with the proposal,” she continued and she then close the phone and put this back to her pocket.
