Austin’s POV
I wake up at the usual time with a headache. After finishing my morning routine, I head towards the gym. My eyes stick to the closed door of Valerie’s room. It’s closed since yesterday. I tried to talk to her after I got back, but she ignored my knocks. It was all my fault! Will she ever forgive me? I can endure anything, wife. I can live even if you don’t forgive me for the rest of your life, but I just can’t stand your hatred. I can’t! I sigh as my legs drag me towards the gym.
Once I am done, I head back to my room. This time, I find the open door of Valerie’s room. I knock once, but no response from inside. I get inside only to find out a well-made bed, nicely organized books and clothes. She is gone, probably. I sigh again, leaving her room, and step directly to my bath
