As they passed through the gateway Daniel felt a slight tingling sensation over his entire body as it seemed like all the hairs on his body stood up in response to something strange going through him.
It wasn’t unpleasant…just weird.
And then he was struck speechless.
The gateway opened up to the entrance of a grand market avenue. Everywhere were people hawking their wares over the music and chaos that came from the different buskers, performers and crowds, all illuminated by red coloured Chinese lanterns or enchanting strings of coloured lights that hung over the street from market stand to market stand.
Back lit was the vast city that Kysenia had told him about. A night time city scape that seemed to look the same as the amazing night sky that was above them, all twinkling lights.
