Dalton’s POV
Having a human mate was not always easy. If I had a dollar for every time I worried about my delicate Zoe I would be a billionaire (I already was but you know what I mean). I was so thrilled when I was able to mark her and grant her immortality. She was still much weaker physically than a she-wolf though but there were ways around that because of our bond. As soon as I realised what was happening with Jamie, I knew what to do. I had leant Zoe some of my strength before through our bond. I was not sure exactly how it worked and I had never heard any werewolf talk about it much before. Most werewolves were mated to she-wolves though so perhaps it was not a necessity for them.
