Chapter 37: RevelationThe next morning, Howard stepped outside of Jason’s hospital room feeling nothing but guilt. Why had he been such an ass? Jason was only trying to make him jealous, and he had flipped out on this man who loved him. Tears forced themselves out of his eyes, no matter how hard he tried to contain them. They were finally together again after ten years apart, and now all that was in jeopardy just because Howard couldn’t control his temper.
Howard walked to the waiting area, grateful that it was empty for once. He grabbed a seat in a corner and put his head in his hands, never one to let others see him cry. A hand patted him on the shoulder and Howard looked up.
“If I tell you something, will you try not to be too mad at Jason? And at Marjorie?” Gene asked, taking the sea
