Gus and Ally were finishing cleaning their apartment when his cellphone started ringing. He rubbed his hands clean on a kitchen rag, before grabbing the device from the counter and answering it.
-Hello?- he started, becoming instantly silent as his eyebrows frowned.
Ally stopped what she was doing and turned her attention to him, feeling suddenly anxious. She perked her ears up, but all she could hear was a series of indistinctive muffled shrieks coming from the other side.
-Slow down Lauren- Gus finally spoke, cutting into the endless rambling- Now, come again?
He remained attentively listening as the shouting lowered significantly in tone, before nodding with determination and interrupting her again.
-Ok, stay right were you are, I´ll be there soon. Keep trying to reach her- He paus
