Chapter Thirty-Two. PC Jason Tanner. I sit at the canteen table, Mable on one side of me, and PSCO Kevin Harman on the other. Kevin is not part of the Proctor crew, but he is also not, not part of it either, if you get my drift. He kind of hangs around on the edges of their group, but honestly, I don’t think he fully knows what they are about. He is the kind of guy who just fits in with everyone, without fully being a part of any one group of people. Plus, as a PSCO he isn’t a full officer. He is part of the team that backs us up and deals with some of the community work we are too busy to attend. They may help with the odd investigation, but it is generally the grunt work. To be honest, since making the snap decision to leave that video message at Lisa May’s house, I am kind of freaki
