Chapter Seventy-Two. Jason and Lisa May.
Am I disappointed not to have this amazing woman in my space? Yes, I must admit I am. I know it sounds crazy, but I have been here many times. Okay, I know it was professional, for the most part, but I wanted Lisa May to come to mine, to see me as a man, not just an officer of the law, if that makes sense. Plus, I scrubbed my house on the off chance she would come, and trust me, I don’t do that s**t normally.
However, that aside, I am more than happy that she has agreed to continue our date at her home in a more relaxed setting.
She steps out of the dining room that leads from her kitchen, into her living room, carrying two cups of coffee, and I feel kind of proud that she has remembered how I like it. Maybe I am reading to much into that, but
