ASTRID'S POV
I opened my eyes, and i was met with a bright white light. I blinked profusely as my eyes tried to adjust to the lightning before me. Where on earth was I? What was happening?
It was a large red room, with a gigantic neon red cross before me, chains hung above the ceiling and I shrieked as I looked around me to see rotting skeletons of humans and animals at the same time.
"Hello!" I tried to call, but it sounded muffled because of the clothes around my mouth that I hadn't noticed until now.
I tried to move my hands, but I noticed they were tied behind me. I looked around desperately, trying to get my face away from the light before me.
"Little girl! It's me!" I called, and still no reply.
