Rhys seemed to have developed some unhealthy habits. Sometime earlier, he had asked the manager of the lodging house to make changes to the students’ room assignments.  His cited reason was that he wanted everyone to have a chance to foster closer relationships with others—not just with the people they were already close enough with that they could share a room with them from the start. He had even gone so far as to suggest doing rearrangements every two weeks or so, and when the manager agreed to that too, Rhys had asked to weigh in on all the coming changes to be made.
