DAMIEN’S POV
“I am so relieved to hear that” I said getting up and pulling her into my arms but she quickly pushed me away.
“I still think this should have been discussed with me before it was finalized” she said.
“Things will be done differently next time…I promise” I said and she didn’t seem in the least interested in what I was saying to her.
“when is he coming?” she asked me and I glanced at Will who seemed to be avoiding to look in our direction.
“he is coming soon, I mean he will be here soon” I said trying to avoid telling her an exact date or time when James was coming to see us.
“Well it doesn’t mater anyway because I would face him even if he were to come now” she said confidently and I couldn’t help wondering what brought about this change of heart.
