COUNCIL MEMBER PERRY
I left Council Member Riley at the Winter Falls Pack with the Lower council members. I wanted to do what needed to be done next myself. The helicopter landed as near to the Moon River pack as it could, and I walked the rest of the way. I could have shifted and run, I would have been there much faster, but I wanted the time that it would take to walk to straighten my thoughts. I didn't want to believe that Chris had done this. That all my instincts about him had been so very wrong. If he actually killed those people, then he wasn't a good man or worthy of the title of Alpha. He was a villain. I arrived at the gates and was quickly let in by the guard. I walked up to the pack house, my stomach in turmoil over what I was about to do.
