Alpha Annie’s POV
“What are you doing now Annie?” Katie asks as she comes over to watch me hunt through the last pile of rubble in the corner of the room.
“I’m trying to see if there is anything else that could help us get out of here.” I state, standing up straight to push my hair out of my face. “Is someone keeping an eye on the door?”
“Yes, just like you asked. After they dropped off food earlier I managed to get a peek out into the corridor.” she says with a small smile.
“Good. What did you see?” I ask her as I go back to rummaging around in discarding pieces of wood and metal.
“It seems to be that one enters while two stand guard at the door. I didn’t see anyone else in the hallway. Just a long corridor with lots of doors.” she shrugs apologetically.
