The Queen entered the hall clad in business attire, an all-white coat, and trousers. She was not wearing a gown and her crown. The elders were surprised at her appearance, and it was the first time since her reign that she did not wear the crown when she faced them. It was a silent declaration she was presenting herself as an individual and not as a Queen.
