~ Exactly one month and one week since Kasyn left ~

I stared up at the stars as I wiggled my legs in the water.
"It's a rather warm night, but the water in our special spot feels cool. I think you'd like it." I said aloud.
Not that anyone was there to listen.
I blew out a breath as I laid on my back. The sky is so clear tonight. Being this deep in the woods makes the stars shine brighter. It would have been a perfect night for Kasyn to come back to me.
"You're still mine. I'm still yours. I don't know how long I'll be gone, but Lucifer said I could come back in a month. Even if it's only for a day. So, I will come back for you, okay? I promise you. I'll always come back for you."
Tears filled my eyes, but I blinked them back.
