~ Three days after meeting his mate ~

I shouldn't have said those words to Ziri. I really, really shouldn't have told her I was waiting for my mate. I should have just invited her into my room, taken her like she clearly wanted, and told her the truth.
Now I'm really kicking myself.
I thought that Ziri would sneak into my room. I thought that the bond would pull us together, and we could get to know each other. I thought that the bond would work its magic, and eventually, I could come clean. After, Ziri has already fallen for me. After she trusts me.
It's only been a few days since that night though, and Ziri has barely spared me the time of day. She still speaks to me here and there, but... That's it.
I try to look for Ziri on a daily basis.
