I’m relaxed, laughing, the people around me are all welcoming and kind, and I feel like a part of their group even though I just met them all.
Eden disappears as we talk, her phone in her hand as she hurries out into the hallway leaving me with Abbey, Gage, and Callan who continue to keep me included in their conversation.
‘Oh my God he’s here!’ Eden suddenly calls out, appearing from the hallway, her excitement palpable as she practically bounces on her feet.
Everyone turns toward her as she orders us to stay quiet before disappearing again, her Fiancé a step behind her this time.
I hear the door open and Eden greets her friend Noel, the man’s deep voice echoing down the hall toward us, filled with amusement as he no doubt fights the excitable blonde off.
