After a good , long shower to heat up my cold body, I stood in front of the sink with a towel wrapped around my body to brush my teeth . The bathroom was still pretty steamy from my shower which fogged up the mirror so I wiped a spot in the mirror to make it usable again while I brushed my teeth .
It was my last night in the mansion and I was eager to be out of here but I also felt a sense of uneasiness . It would be difficult for me to leave here knowing that I would never see Marco again . He would be the first man I have ever developed feelings for . It was kind of naive of me , I admitted , but we rarely choose who we fall in love with . It was the alternate reality hope blooming all over again .
I shook my head , dragging my mind away from those thoughts and rinsed out my mouth .
