I push myself away from my desk and make my way downstairs to the dungeon. I know that it was currently empty until now, but I still don’t want to know what all has happened down there since Milly and Star kept it as a home until I got back from Winter Moon. I push through the doors of the pack house and head straight for the dungeon on the other side of the property. As soon as I hit the door, the stench of the dungeon assaults my senses. I scrunch up my nose and make a mental note to have the place cleaned really well over the next few days. There is no reason to have this place smelling this bad at any point in time.
