‘What?’ I demand.
‘I don't think that we should do any kissing, on the lips’ she adds for clarification, ‘when we do . . .’ she waves her hand between us, ‘you know . . . this, we don’t kiss on the mouth. Everywhere else is OK, but I don’t think we should be kissing on the lips.’
I stare at her in confusion, ‘why the hell not?’ I ask, not even sure why this rule is p.issing me off. Maybe it’s because I happen to be a very good kisser and I feel like she’s throwing shade somehow by denying me.
