-Gage POV-
The Alpha rushes in towards me but Max quickly gets in the way and takes the hit.
Max stumbles back and I take that opportunity to rush Alpha Stephan. I take him by surprise and grab him by the neck, lifting him up.
“You better have a good excuse for this!” I growl out.
“Enough, that’s enough both of you.” The elder says calmly.
I throw Alpha Stephan a few feet back. He gets up, coughing and looking at me with murderous intent.
“What is this about? What happened to Paul?” I ask.
“The River Rock pack was attacked. They were... destroyed but they fought back.” The elder says.
“They fought back your men-” Stephan starts to say but the elder holds a hand up, stopping him from talking.
