"I like your new husband is much more handsome than Tony," My mother says as we wait in the car for my father and Enrico to join us. They are still carrying the luggage with the men to the car.
"He is handsome, isn't he? However, that is not the only thing that attracts me to him. But he does not know that I am attracted to him yet. He knows what he wants, Mommy. He is not somebody who will hide behind my apron strings. Can you believe he locked me in the car because he wanted to go and talk to Dad on his own? I owe him my life. I thought that might want to kill him. I guess that have more respect for him for facing him like a man," I say.
