Alejandra cannot believe that her son married another woman. She is sure he knew what she was planning. He knows everything that is going on in this house. He also knows she does not like being made a fool of. How dare he go against her wishes? She is his mother. He should respect her. He could have told her he would marry a woman she didn't know.
Mia was easy to control. Alejandra could handle her and make her do as she wanted her to. Mia is dependent on Alejandra. She must admit that this woman looks more like a lady than Mia. However, that does not mean that she approves of this relationship. She doesn't know her family or her background. She can say she has money, but it does not mean she has.
