As soon as we bid farewell to Callanthea, at least for the moment, Kendra took us back to the real world. She looked tired and extremely pale, despite the fact that she looked okay after Callanthea gave her some of our magic just a moment ago. To my dismay, when we returned I felt a strange emptiness which I had never realized was always there, but now that I knew about Callanthea, the feeling became much stronger than expected.We looked at each other without speaking.
