“So, what are your plans today?” Arius asks over his coffee whilst I eat my breakfast at the table. His expression is relaxed although I can tell he is trying hard to hide his need to know what I would be doing whilst he visited the castle. I give him an amused smirk and lean back on the bar stool.
“Oh, I don’t know probably go to lunch with some friends and then hit up a club, perhaps get a new tattoo or piercing,” I say casually and see him freeze as he lifts his coffee to his mouth. I giggle at his face and he shakes his head. “No but seriously, I think I might go over to Emma’s cabin later. Just to catch up,” I say carefully.
