Friday came. After my rather emotional meeting with the Chairman, Mr. Anderson, I couldn't help but shed tears as I spoke to him about the reason for my resignation. He had been so supportive of me all these years but he understood that between family and career, family comes first. We part ways wishing the best for the company and for me--the best for my family.
After that, Annie, and I both headed to the hotel where Jeffrey had booked our dinner.
