I woke up to a kick in the ribs, taking my breath away.
“Hey! Mother here!” I complained and Megan walked in laughing.
“Ouch, rib kick? I remember those, and I had just the one, and it was unforgettable!” She laughed. “Get up madam, we have some maternity shopping to do.” She ordered and I looked confused.
“What happened to getting the book sorted?” She ignored me. I got up, rushed through the shower and got dressed. My clothes had become too tight, but there hadn’t been time for shopping really, with everything going on. I left my room to find Megan having coffee in the living room.
