I woke up very early in the morning because he was whimpering and crying in his sleep, I move my paw over him and pulled him closer. He woke up to this, his face turned up towards me and Ava licked the side of his snout telling him that everything is okay. I could feel that he was feeling better by my act of kindness and we both knew that we could not leave him here. His stomach growls at us though and he flinched like I was going to hurt him for being hungry, we sit still until he is calm again but then we stand up. We rub our head once again to his to tell him that we will be back, he gets all stiff at the action but then he just put his head back on his paws. We stretch out our body and yawn, the temperature is still very low and the sun is just rising so I am guessing it will take us
